Before sending an Interac e-Transfer, you must have already created a recipient and added the payment option for the recipient you are trying to send the funds to.
Pre-conditions to send an Interac e-Transfer:
Have a recipient already added
Add Interac e-Transfer as a payment option for the recipient
How to add a recipient? (only if you have not)
Go to Venn "Add recipient"
How to add Interac e-Transfer as a payment option? (only if you have not)
Step 1: Go to Venn "Recipients"
Step 2: Select the recipient already created
Step 3: Select "+ Add"
Step 4: Select "Add payment method"
Step 5: Complete the process and add "Interac e-Transfer" as a payment option for this recipient
How to send an Interac e-Transfer?
Step 1: Go to Venn "Send a transfer"
Step 2: At the payment screen, select "Interac e-Transfer"
