How do I change my Interac e-Transfer email for receiving funds?

No, you can't change your Interac e-Transfer email. The email is derived from your business name and should not be changed to ensure a seamless funds receipt process throughout your organization. Only if you have legally changed your business name, you may email us at support@venn.ca or click the link here to request a change to your legal business name and Interac e-Transfer email. Please email us at with the following:

  1. Provide the login email address associated with your account (must be an "Owner" role)

  2. Attach the proof of change in legal business name

  3. Use ”[Account] Request For Change In Legal Business Name And Interac Email” as the subject of your email.
