If more than 24 hours have passed since you signed up (excluding weekends and public holidays), follow these steps:
Check your email (including spam/junk folders).
If you signed up as a single applicant, we may need additional information about your business. Look for an email from us from ops@venn.ca or ops@tryvault.com and respond as soon as possible. If you did receive an email from our Operations Team and you have already replied to them, please allow up to 24 hours for our team to review your response.
Ensure all included applicants have completed verification.
If you added other applicants during sign-up, they must complete the selfie and government ID verification. Please remind them to check their emails (including spam/junk folders) and complete the process.
Note on application review time.
In some cases, we want to ensure your application is complete and sufficient before submitting it to our banking partners for final review. If you did receive an email from our Operations Team and you have already replied to them, please allow up to 24 hours for our team to review your response.
