Xero requires a Contact ID for all transactions, even when moving funds between different accounts within your Chart of Accounts.

For transactions that happen internally within Venn (such as account transfers or currency conversions), Venn automatically creates a contact called “Venn Internal” to ensure these transactions are properly recorded in Xero.

This helps maintain accurate records and ensures Xero can process the transaction without errors.
