Where is my payment? (Sending Funds)

If you have sent a payment but the recipient hasn’t received it yet, follow these steps:

  1. Confirm the recipient’s payment method – Ask the recipient how their account receives payments (e.g., EFT, Wire SWIFT, ACH, Fedwire, UK Faster Payments, SEPA). The payment method must match the format of the receiving account.

  2. Check the payment method used in Venn – Go to Venn Recipients and confirm that the correct payment method was used. Payments must match the recipient’s account type in order for financial networks to route them correctly.

  3. Allow time for processing – If the details match, payments typically arrive within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays in both the sender’s and recipient’s countries.

  4. Still delayed? – Check your email for any messages from our global banking partner. They may need more information to process the payment due to regulatory requirements. If you haven’t received any emails, feel free to contact us using the in-app messenger at the bottom right of any Venn page.
