Why can’t I see my account details, like my bank account number, after signing up?

If you’ve just created your account, you may not be able to see your bank account details yet. This is because our banking partners may still be reviewing your application for a business banking account. This process usually takes up to 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once you receive an email that your account is approved, you’ll be able to access your banking details and use them for payments. If it has been more than 24 business hours and you still can’t see your account details, we may need more information about your business. Please check your email inbox and spam folder for any requests from us and respond as soon as possible.
