Why aren’t my CAD and USD Venn accounts showing in QuickBooks or Xero?

Your Venn accounts appear under the Chart of Accounts in QuickBooks or Xero, not in the Bank Transactions section. If you’re looking for them, check the Chart of Accounts instead.

If you haven't yet connected your Venn account to QuickBooks or Xero, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to Venn "Settings Accounting"

Step 2: Select "Connect" to either QuickBooks or Xero

When connecting your accounting software (QuickBooks or Xero) to Venn, there are 2 main options for linking your account.

  1. Link to an existing account in QuickBooks that you’ve already set up for Venn.

  2. Create a new account in QuickBooks as part of the connection process.
