If the recipient of your Wire (SWIFT) payment needs tracking information to locate the funds, you can find the SWIFT Tracking Number (UETR or MT103) in the Venn app. You can copy the UETR or MT103 from the "SWIFT Tracking Number (UETR)" section of the slide over page. Here's how:
How to get the MT103 (full tracking number)?
Step 1: Go to Venn "Transactions"
Step 2: Select the specific Wire (SWIFT) transaction you had sent and a slide over page will show up.
Step 3: Select the "Copy" icon
Step 4: Paste the MT103 tracking reference number on another word document
How to get the UETR (partial tracking number)?
Step 1: Go to Venn "Transactions"
Step 2: Select the specific Wire (SWIFT) transaction you had sent and a slide over page will show up.
Step 3: Select the UETR number
This detailed tracking information becomes available within 30 minutes after you initiate the Wire (SWIFT) payment. If needed, share it with your recipient so their bank can help locate the funds.
Note: If your Wire (SWIFT) payment involved a conversion payout (meaning the funds were sent in a different currency than the original one), SWIFT tracking may not be available, as the transfer may have been routed through local or intermediary payment methods instead of the SWIFT network.
