To successfully send funds through Venn, you need to ensure that the recipient and payment method are properly set up. Follow the steps below to complete your transfer.
Add a Recipient (if new):
If you haven’t sent money to this person or business before, you’ll need to create a Recipient in the Venn application.
Add a Payment Method (if needed):
If the recipient is already saved but doesn’t have a payment method set up, you may need to add one before proceeding.
Once the recipient and payment method are set up, you can proceed with sending funds out of your account.
