Step 1: Go to Venn "Transactions"
Step 2: Select the payment sent
Step 3: Below the confirmation section, click “Download” to get the proof of payment as a PDF
Note: The PDF proof of payment confirmation is only available for download after the payment has been sent out. This means the transaction status must show “Completed” and not “Pending”.
Additionally, if you sent an Interac e-Transfer, there isn’t a downloadable proof available. Your recipient would have received an email directly from Interac confirming the payment and if needed, you may also download your monthly statement to show as proof.
