Where can I get proof of payment for funds I’ve sent?

Step 1: Go to Venn "Transactions"

Step 2: Select the payment sent

Step 3: Below the confirmation section, click “Download” to get the proof of payment as a PDF

Note: If you sent an Interac e-Transfer, there isn’t a downloadable proof available. Your recipient would have received an email directly from Interac confirming the payment.
