What happens if I send an Interac e-Transfer to the wrong email address?

If the transfer was sent to the wrong email and hasn’t been accepted, you may be able to cancel it by going to Venn “Transactions” and selecting the Interac e-Transfer where an option to cancel may appear. Please note: the option to cancel may only appear one hour after the e-Transfer was sent and remains unclaimed. If it’s still not accepted after 24 hours, it will be automatically cancelled and the funds returned.
