Why do I see my Venn Mastercard purchases under “Transactions” but not under “Accounting”?

When you make a purchase with your Venn Mastercard, it first appears in Venn “Transactions”. If the status is still “Pending”, this means that Venn has authorized the charge but the merchant hasn’t finalized it yet — the funds are on hold. Once the merchant completes the charge and the status changes to “Completed,” the transaction will appear in Venn “Accounting” and be ready for syncing to your accounting software.
