I sent an EFT, but my recipient says they haven’t received the funds. What should I do?

If your recipient can’t locate the funds, it may be because the payment appears as coming from our banking partner, Currency Cloud, instead of your business name. This can cause confusion and lead them to believe the funds were not received.

Here’s an example of how the payment may appear on their bank statement:

To help your recipient or their bank locate the funds, please share the payment date, exact amount, and mention that the funds were sent via Currency Cloud.

Tip: For clearer payment tracking in the future, we recommend using a Wire (SWIFT) transfer, which will show your legal business name as the sender and includes full traceability.
