Why are my multi-currency accounts not showing in QuickBooks/Xero?

QuickBooks and Xero require a paid plan to enable multi-currency features. Please first confirm that multi-currency is supported and turned on in your current accounting software plan.

To resolve the issue of your Venn_CAD or Venn_USD or Venn_GBP or Venn_EUR accounts not appearing:

Step 1: Go to Venn "Settings Accounting"

Step 2: Under "Account mapping" select the accounts with the prepend "Venn_" for the respective currencies

Step 3: If the account with the prepend "Venn_" are not available, kindly select "Save" on the page and refresh the page as accounts with the prepend "Venn_" which are automatically created ledgers may take some time to appear.

With multi-currency enabled on Venn, this feature will help your business save time from manually recording financial transactions on QuickBooks or Xero in multiple currencies that your business may be dealing in.
