Why can’t I change my Interac email to a personal email?

For security and compliance reasons, we can only support Interac emails that are linked to your business and include your legal business name. Personal email addresses aren’t eligible.

The good news is that your current Interac email (ending in @vennpay.ca or @vaultpayments.ca) is already set up with auto-deposit. This means any funds sent to it are automatically credited to your Venn account—no manual steps needed. These domains are part of a trusted arrangement with our banking partners and Interac to ensure fast and seamless transfers.
