Invoices created in QuickBooks or Xero cannot be imported into Venn, and invoices created in Venn cannot be exported to QuickBooks or Xero.
However, creating invoices directly through Venn offers several advantages:
Accept credit card payments – You can enable payment via credit cards powered by Stripe.
Easy sharing – Share invoices using a direct link and/or send them to your client’s designated email.
Bank details included – Automatically include your CAD, USD, GBP, and EUR account details on the invoice.
Recurring invoices – Set up recurring invoices for clients with regular payment amounts.
Auto-mark as paid – Once a Venn invoice is paid, it’s automatically marked as paid and can be synced to QuickBooks or Xero as an accounts receivable entry.
