Why can’t I access certain features on my Stripe account connected to Venn?

When you signed up to receive credit card payments through Venn invoices, we created a Stripe sub-account specifically for this feature. This sub-account is limited to handling credit card payments from invoices created on Venn, which is why you’re seeing restrictions on other Stripe features.

If you already had a Stripe account before joining Venn, this sub-account would have been created under your existing Stripe account. You can switch to your main Stripe account in the Stripe dashboard to access the full range of features.

If you didn’t have a Stripe account before, you may need to create a new one separately to use additional Stripe features beyond the features supported directly by Venn.
