You must have a sole proprietor registered in Canada.

Business number (This is the identifier a business owner will get once they register with the Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA) directly after Venn helps them open a corporation.)
Business Name Registration document (also known as an "Master Business Licence", MBL in Ontario) or anything equivalent which is a document issued by the government and must include the page showing the registration of the sole proprietorship
