You’ll need these things:
A valid email address – This is required as a login credential to return to your application and to access your Venn business banking account once your incorporation and account activation are complete.
A Canadian mailing address – This may be used by the business registry for official communications in the future.
A government-issued ID – Your ID must be valid (not expired) and in physical form. We’ll also ask you to complete a selfie and ID verification using your device’s camera as part of the application process.
If you’re adding other stakeholders (e.g., another business owner with shares, or a director with shares, or a director without shares but involved in the business), you’ll also need their personal details: full legal name, date of birth, mailing address, and email address which will be required when filing up the application.
