To request a higher load limit, go to the “Add Money” page and enter the amount you’d like to load. If the amount exceeds your current limit, you’ll see an option to “Request a limit increase”
After submitting the request, expect a reply by email within 1 business day. Limit increase requests are reviewed by our banking partners typically in 1 business day. This timeline excludes weekends and public holidays.
Note: your current load limit also includes any funds that are already in progress. Once those complete, your limit will reset. If you need to add funds urgently, consider using Interac e-Transfer, EFT, or Wire SWIFT to add CAD to your Venn account.
