Go to the accounting tab in Venn and click the settings icon. You will see a toggle to turn on classes for QuickBooks. Once enabled, you can sync and assign classes directly from your spend and AP workflows.
Pre-requirement for this feature to work is to ensure you already have classes created on QBO. If not, here is how:
Step 1: Log into QuickBooks
Step 2: Click on the Settings icon on the top right
Step 3: Click on "All lists"
Step 4: Click on "Classes"
Step 5: Create a class
Step 6: Go to Venn "Accounting"
Step 7: Click the icon (curved arrows) to update the accounting data in Venn
Step 8: Click the "Settings" icon and enable classes
Step 9: Refresh the page of Venn "Accounting"
