Why can’t I list the other director as an owner when incorporating with Venn?

This usually happens when the same person is added twice, once as a director and again as a separate owner. To fix this, first make sure the person is added as a director. Then, when adding owners, select the existing director from the list instead of clicking “Add an Owner” to create a new entry.

You can return to your application at any time by logging back into your Venn account to make this correction.
