How do I change the email used for receiving Interac e-Transfers?

Step 1: Go to Venn "Dashboards"

Step 2: Select "CAD Account"

Step 3: Select "Interac e-Transfer"

Step 4: Select "Set up your preferred email"

Step 5: Check your email and confirm the auto-deposit registration in 7 days

Step 6: Refresh the page where your "CAD Account" is displayed and you'll see the updated Interac e-mail (as long as you've confirmed auto-deposit registration in the previous step)

Note: You can only update your Interac e-Transfer email address once every 6 months after a successful Auto-Deposit registration. If you reject or do not confirm the Interac email confirmation, the Auto-Deposit setup is not completed, and you can update your email address again right away — there’s no need to wait 6 months. Please make sure the email address is correct before confirming the Auto-Deposit setup.
