Why don’t I see Venn listed as a bank when connecting to QuickBooks or Xero?

Venn won’t appear as a pre-listed bank in QuickBooks or Xero because you need to set up the account during the connection process on Venn "Settings Accounting".

When connecting your accounting software (QuickBooks or Xero) to Venn, there are 2 main options for linking your account.

  1. Link to an existing account in QuickBooks that you’ve already set up for Venn.

  2. Create a new account in QuickBooks as part of the connection process.
