From 15 July 2026 to October 15 2027, Venn is running an interest boost program where, if you add additional funds above your baseline balance (i.e., funds you typically already keep in your Venn account), we will provide additional interest on top of the regular 2% interest you receive in your CAD and USD balances.
The % Boost badge means that you're already earning the additional higher interest boost of either 2.75% on CAD balances or 3.0% on USD balances. (Note: If you have over $1 million USD to add, you may contact interest@venn.ca on email to discuss a higher boost interest of possibly 3.5% on USD balances) on additional balances you've added above your baseline balance. The baseline balance will enjoy the regular 2% interest while any balances you added above the baseline balance on the currency account will enjoy the higher interest.
How to navigate to the "% Boost" page for more information?
Step 1: Go to Venn "Dashboard"
Step 2: Click on the "% Boost" badge
Step 3: Review your baseline balance
In the example below from the screenshot:
Current balance is $8
Baseline balance is $8
Any additional interest boost applies only to the portion of your balance above the $8 baseline
