A sort code is used for domestic GBP payments in the UK, including UK Faster Payments. Venn does not support receiving incoming UK Faster Payments. To receive an international SWIFT wire transfer into your Venn account, ask your sender to:
Leave the sort code field blank. It should never be required for a SWIFT wire transfer to your Venn account.
Confirm they have selected an international SWIFT wire transfer, rather than a domestic UK payment.
