Can I collect payments from a client in CAD using pre-authorized debit or USD using direct debit?

Yes. You can collect CAD payments through pre-authorized debit (PAD) and USD payments through direct debit. However, USD accounts held at Canadian banks do not support these payment methods.

Step 1: Go to Venn "Invoices"

Step 2: Go to Venn "Invoices Customers"

Step 3: Select "Add customer"

Step 4: Once a customer has been created, select the desired customer

Step 5: Toggle "Pre-Authorized Debit"
