How do I remind a customer about an Invoice? [Applicable Plans: Plus, Pro only]

Step 1: Go to Venn "Invoices"

Step 2: Select the desired invoice, a slide over page will appear

Step 3: Select "Send email reminder" and your customer will get an email reminder to pay your invoices
