Sign up requirements:
A valid email address, ideally a business email address. A personal email address is accepted too.
You must have a corporation registered in Canada.
A successful application must include the details of at least one company director. If the applicant is not a director, they must provide the details of a director during the sign-up process.

Corporation number or anything equivalent
If your corporation is registered provincially: You’ll need to upload your Certificate of Incorporation / Articles of Incorporation, including the page that lists the directors.
If your corporation is registered federally: You do not need to upload the Articles of Incorporation — we can retrieve your incorporation details directly through the federal registry.
