As per regulation, you can only update your company’s “Doing Business As” (DBA) name on Venn "Settings Company". However, If you have legally changed your business name, to request a change in legal business name on your account, please email us at support@venn.ca or click the link here with the following:
Provide the login email address associated with your account (must be an "Owner" role)
Attach the proof of change in legal business name
Use ”[Account] Request For Change In Legal Business Name” as the subject of your email.
