Your physical card will be shipped based on the delivery option you selected at checkout:
Standard Shipping (Free, no tracking) – Delivered by Canada Post within 10 to 15 business days. (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Express Shipping ($15 per card, with tracking) – Delivered by Canada Post within 3 to 5 business days. (excluding weekends and public holidays)
If you order the card for yourself:
Delivery time starts from the next business day after you order the card. Please allow up to 15 business days if it's via Standard Shipping and up to 5 business days if it's using Express Shipping (excluding weekends and public holidays).
If you ordered the card for someone else:
Once you order a card, an email will be sent to the assigned member.
Please ask them to check their email and set a 4-digit PIN, which is required before the card can be issued. The card will only be shipped after the PIN is set as it needs to be encoded to the physical card. Delivery time starts from the next business day after the PIN is completed. Please allow up to 15 business days if it's via Standard Shipping and up to 5 business days if it's using Express Shipping (excluding weekends and public holidays).
