Step 1: Go to Venn "Cards"
Step 2: Select the specific card that is locked
Step 3: Select "Settings"
Step 4: Select "Unlock"
Step 5: Your card is now activated for online purchases. For reactivating contactless payments, go to a physical store and make a purchase using chip and PIN. Insert the card into a terminal and use your PIN. If it’s declined, try again. Once the transaction is successful, contactless payments will be enabled again.
