If you have the “AP Clerk” or “Employee” role, you can request a virtual or physical card and the request must be approved by an “Owner” or “Admin”.
Requesting a Venn Mastercard as an "Employee" or "AP Clerk"
Step 1: Go to Venn "Cards"
Step 2: Select "Create a new card"
Step 3: The "Owner" and "Admin" will receive a card request email, and will need to click the email link or log into Venn to approve this request.
Step 3: You will receive a card order email with instructions to set a 4-digit PIN. Click the link or log into Venn to complete this step.
Step 4: Once the 4-digit PIN is successfully set, a virtual card will be issued instantly for online use, and physical cards will be shipped. Delivery takes 1 to 15 business days, depending on the selected shipping option.
