If you signed up using “Sign up with Google”, you won’t be able to change your login email directly. To update it:
Invite your new email address to the account and assign it the “Owner” role.
When opening the email invitation, use a different browser or open it in incognito mode. You can’t stay logged into two Venn accounts at the same time in the same browser.
Once done, delete the previous email address from your Venn account.
Important Notes:
All cards linked to the previous email will be deleted. If needed, reassign any virtual cards to the new email before deleting the old one.
Physical cards cannot be transferred between email logins, so you may need to order a new one.
