Why can’t I change my login email, and how do I update it?

If you signed up using “Sign up with Google”, you won’t be able to change your login email directly. To update it:

  1. Invite your new email address to the account and assign it the “Owner” role.

  2. Once done, delete the previous email address from your Venn account.

Important Notes:

  • All cards linked to the previous email will be deleted. If needed, reassign any virtual cards to the new email before deleting the old one.

  • Physical cards cannot be transferred between email logins, so you may need to order a new one.
