If you have been asked to replace your physical Venn Mastercard, please note the following:
All virtual cards have been successfully migrated to a secured charge card and will continue to work as usual.
Physical cards ordered before October 23, 2024, will stop working on May 1, 2025. If you have received a notification to replace your card, you must request a free replacement before that date to continue using a physical card.
If you have not been asked to replace your card, your existing card should continue to work as usual.
