If you have an external card (i.e., a card not issued by Venn), there are two (2) main ways you can pay your credit card provider namely:
Sending a transfer from your Venn account
Your Venn account can send payments in CAD, USD, GBP, and EUR. To pay your credit card bill, please contact your credit card provider and ask for their specific payment instructions for receiving transfers. These instructions will need to come from your credit card provider directly and may allow you to use the transfer to offset your card balance.
Setting up a Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) using your Venn CAD account.
You can pay credit card bills by setting up a Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) from your EFT Venn CAD account. This allows your credit card provider to automatically withdraw payments from your account. Download and share your account details with the credit card provider either in-store or email.
Step 1: Go to Venn "Dashboard"
Step 2: Select "CAD Account"
Step 3: Select "Documents"
Step 4: Select "Download account details [PDF]"
Note: PAD is currently only available for CAD accounts and is not yet supported for USD, GBP and EUR accounts however, PAD for USD account is in development and we'll keep you informed through product announcements when it is supported
