You can pay credit card bills by setting up a Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) from your EFT Venn CAD account. This allows your credit card provider to automatically withdraw payments from your account. Download and share your account details with the credit card provider either in-store or email.
Step 1: Go to Venn "Dashboard"
Step 2: Select "CAD Account"
Step 3: Select "Account Documents"
Step 4: Select "Download account details [PDF]"
Note: PAD is currently only available for CAD accounts and is not yet supported for USD, GBP and EUR accounts however, PAD for USD account is coming in 2025!
