Why can’t I send an account invite to a specific email?

If you’re unable to invite an employee or team member to your Venn account, it’s likely because they already have a separate business account of their own with Venn. If this was done by mistake, the affected employee or team member can contact us via the messenger in the bottom right corner and provide the email address they used to sign up so we can help resolve the issue. Alternatively, they can use a different email address that hasn’t been registered with Venn to receive the invitation.
