Why am I getting a “3D Secure Authentication Failed” error?

This error occurs because our partner banks do not support 3D Secure authentication on the Venn Mastercard. Some merchants require 3D Secure authentication for transactions, which may cause your payment to fail.

How to Resolve This Issue:

  • Contact the merchant and request them to disable 3D Secure authentication for your transaction.

  • Use a different payment method that supports 3D Secure authentication.
