If you started signing up with an email but didn’t complete the process, you can still access and complete your original signup by:
Resetting your password using the “Forgot your password? Recover now” option.
Using Google Single Sign-On (SSO) if you initially signed up with a Google account.
However, once you have created an application with an email, you cannot use the same email for another signup.
What Are My Options?
Use a different email that has not been used to sign up.
If you want to use the original email, please contact us through the in-app messenger (bottom right of the page), and we’ll assist you.
