If you’re expecting to receive a payment but haven’t received it yet, follow these steps:

  1. Check with the sender

    • Ask the sender for proof of payment.

    • Verify that the sender used the correct bank details for the selected payment method.

  2. Ensure the correct payment method was used

    • If you provided EFT bank details, the sender must send an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)—they cannot send a wire payment, Wire (SWIFT) to an EFT account.

    • If you provided ACH bank details, the sender must send an Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfer—they cannot send a wire payment, Wire (SWIFT) to an ACH account.

    • If the wrong details were provided, the funds may be returned to the sender.

  3. Allow time for processing

    • Once we receive the funds, they will be credited to your account immediately.

    • If the funds haven’t arrived, they are still with the sender’s bank or intermediary and are being processed.

    • Still don’t see your payment? Please check with the sender’s bank to track the status and check for any delays on their end.
