Ordering a Venn Mastercard for an "Employee"
Step 1: Go to Venn "Cards"
Step 2: Select "Create a new card"
Step 3: The “Employee” will receive a card order email with instructions to set a 4-digit PIN. Click the email link or log into Venn to complete this step.
Step 4: Once the 4-digit PIN is successfully set, a virtual card will be issued instantly for online use, and physical cards will be shipped. Delivery takes 3 to 15 business days, depending on the selected shipping option.
Important:
If the "Employee" has not set their PIN, the card has not been ordered yet. Please ask them to check their inbox and follow the instructions in the email, or log in to Venn to set their PIN—they will be prompted automatically upon login.
Note:
If the "Employee" has already set their PIN and it has already exceeded the shipping option expected dates, please check with your employee to ensure they’ve looked in their mailroom or personal mailbox. The physical card is shipped under the employee’s name, not the company’s legal business name.
