Other customers with the same issue have successfully resolved it by reaching out to Stripe or Shopify and requesting a manual re-add and re-enablement of their account. Since we do not process these payments ourselves, Stripe or Shopify must make the necessary changes on their end to restore your account. Therefore, kindly reach out to the Stripe or Shopify support team to re-enable your Venn USD account.
