To request a void cheque or a bank authorization letter, please follow these steps:
Send an email to support@venn.ca with the subject line: ”[Account] Request for Void Cheque and/or Bank Authorization Letter.” or click here
Use the registered email associated with an “Owner” or “Admin” role. Requests from other email addresses cannot be processed.
Specify the currency of the account (CAD, USD, GBP, or EUR).
