I can’t log in to my Venn account dashboard and keep seeing a page asking for my personal details. When I try to continue, I get an “Unable to Save” error. What should I do?

This issue is likely caused by a browser cache error. Please try the following steps:

  1. Clear your browser cache or restart your computer to reset the stored data.

  2. Ensure you’re using the correct login page: https://app.venn.ca/login.

You may have accidentally tried logging in using the sign-up page instead: https://app.venn.ca/signup. If so, your browser has likely cached the sign-up page details, preventing you from accessing the login page. Clearing your cache should resolve this issue.
