If the recipient of your Wire (SWIFT) payment needs tracking information to locate the funds, you can find the SWIFT Tracking Number (UETR or MT103) in the Venn app. Here's how:
Step 1: Log into Venn or click here
Step 2: From the side menu bar, select "Transactions" or click here
Step 3: Select the specific Wire (SWIFT) transaction you had sent and a slide over page will show up. You can copy the UETR or MT103 from the "SWIFT Tracking Number (UETR)" section of the slide over page
This detailed tracking information becomes available within 30 minutes after you initiate the Wire (SWIFT) payment. If needed, share it with your recipient so their bank can help locate the funds.
