Can I check if an employee has set a PIN for their physical card?

Yes, you can check whether the employee has set up a 4-digit PIN for their physical card by visiting Venn Cards. If the PIN has not been set, the card status will show “Pending PIN setup.”

To complete the setup, ask the employee to log into Venn, where they will be prompted to create a 4-digit PIN. Once the PIN is set, the card will be automatically ordered and shipped to the employee within 1 to 15 business days depending on the shipping option you had selected.

For privacy reasons, the delivery letter will display only the recipient’s name and will not mention the company name.
