Venn only supports local accounts in CAD, USD, GBP, and EUR. If you invoice a client in an unsupported currency, you can receive the payment only if the sender explicitly instructs their bank to convert the funds to one of these four currencies (CAD, USD, GBP, or EUR) before sending the payment via Wire (SWIFT) to your Venn account. Payments sent in unsupported currencies without proper conversion instructions may not be processed successfully.
Can I receive payments in a currency that Venn doesn’t officially support if I provide my Wire (SWIFT) account details to a client?
