Why am I not receiving receipt upload notifications for card purchases after enabling email and SMS alerts? [Applicable Plans: Plus, Pro only]

If you’ve turned on email and SMS notifications in your account settings, you should receive alerts when a receipt is uploaded. However, if your card transaction hasn’t been fully processed or charged by the merchant yet, the notification may be delayed. You’ll only receive the notification once the payment has been fully completed by the merchant.
