If too many incorrect 4-digit PINs have been entered, your Venn Mastercard may be blocked. Here's how to unblock your Venn Mastercard:
Step 1: Go to Venn "Cards"
Step 2: Select the desired card
Step 3: Select "Settings"
Step 4: Select "Unblock card"
After selecting “Unblock card”, you’ll need to finish the process by inserting your card into a payment terminal and entering your 4-digit PIN. If the first attempt is declined, keep trying again. Once the correct PIN is entered, the transaction will be approved and your card will be fully unblocked.
