My client needs a local address to send a payment. What should I do?

Your Venn account supports local chequing accounts in CAD, USD, GBP, and EUR. If your client’s bank requires a local address for the transfer, you can download your account details—these include the appropriate local address based on the currency and region selected.

How to find your USD account details and U.S. address:

Step 1: Go to Venn "Dashboard"

Step 2: Select "USD Account"

Step 3: Select "Account Documents"

Step 4: Select "Download account details [PDF]"

How to find your CAD account details and Canadian address:

Step 1: Go to Venn "Dashboard"

Step 2: Select "CAD Account"

Step 3: Select "Account Documents"

Step 4: Select "Download account details [PDF]"

How to find your GBP account details and U.K. address:

Step 1: Go to Venn "Dashboard"

Step 2: Select "GBP Account"

Step 3: Select "Account Documents"

Step 4: Select "Download account details [PDF]"

How to find your EUR account details and European address:

Step 1: Go to Venn "Dashboard"
